What do you sell?
We offer travel organizers, bags and everyday accessories. Check each listing for the specific item and included components. Styling props and contents are not included unless the listing says otherwise.

Where do orders ship from?
Our shipping address is 14000 E Exposition Ave, Aurora, CO 80012, USA.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

How much is shipping?
Standard FedEx delivery is free for eligible orders, with no minimum purchase amount.

When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated FedEx transit is 5-8 business days after shipment, for an estimated total of 6-11 business days in normal conditions. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded. Carrier transit is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

How do I track an order?
We email tracking details when your order ships. Contact support@sturdygent.shop if you need help locating tracking or investigating a delay.

Can I cancel an order or change my address?
Contact us promptly before shipment with your order number. We will confirm the status and arrange an available change or cancellation. Shipped orders follow the return process.

What payment methods can I use?
The available methods are shown at checkout. They may include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout charges are in USD. Applicable tax is shown before you pay.

Can I return a product?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving it. New or lightly used products are eligible under the Return and Refund Policy. Include original packaging and accessories and contact us before shipping the return.

Who pays return shipping? Is there a restocking fee?
We pay authorized eligible return shipping and provide a prepaid FedEx label after approval. There is no restocking fee.

When is my refund issued?
We initiate an eligible return refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Your payment provider controls when it appears in your account.

Can I exchange an item?
Same-product exchanges are available within the 30-day window, subject to stock and the return conditions. Contact us to arrange one. We cover authorized eligible exchange shipping.

What if an item is damaged, missing or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 calendar days with your order number and photos where available. Keep the packaging. We will help arrange a resolution. This request does not limit statutory rights or automatically exclude a hidden defect discovered later.

What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?
Check the delivery area and household members, then contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and help determine the next steps.

Will a sleeve or organizer fit my device or belongings?
Compare the listing's actual internal measurements with your item. If measurements or fit details are unclear, ask us before ordering. A device's screen size alone does not establish fit.
