1. Using our store
These terms apply to use of https://sturdygent.shop and purchases from STURDY GENT LLC, operating as sturdygent. Please review these terms and our Shipping, Return and Refund, Privacy and Payment Policies before ordering. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. If you are not legally able to enter a purchase agreement, a parent or guardian must place the order.

2. Products and descriptions
We offer travel organizers, bags and everyday accessories. Product pages describe the item offered, its price and the specifications available for that listing. Check measurements and compatibility information before ordering; contact us when a detail is unclear. Screen settings may affect displayed colors. Lifestyle accessories or contents shown are excluded unless expressly listed as included. These qualifications do not excuse a materially inaccurate description or a product that fails to match the order.

3. Orders and payment
Prices and checkout amounts are in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible delivery addresses. Payment must be authorized using an available checkout method. Your order confirmation records the submitted order and payment status.
If a product becomes unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or payment cannot be completed, we will contact you before fulfillment to explain the issue. We will not substitute a different item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected item and promptly refund any payment collected for it.

4. Shipping and cancellations
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with estimated FedEx transit of 5-8 business days after shipment. The Shipping Policy explains eligible addresses, tracking and delays. You may request cancellation before shipment. If a promised shipment timeframe cannot be met, we will provide a delay notice and the applicable choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

5. Returns, exchanges and product problems
The Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day return-request window for new or lightly used eligible items, prepaid authorized FedEx returns, no restocking fee, and same-product exchanges subject to stock. Eligible return refunds are initiated within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. Statutory rights are preserved.

6. Acceptable conduct and intellectual property
Do not attempt to compromise the store, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's information or send unlawful content. Store branding and original content belong to STURDY GENT LLC or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping; copying protected content for unauthorized commercial use is not permitted.
Information supplied in an inquiry is used to address that inquiry, subject to our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry does not grant us permission to publish it as an endorsement.

7. Third-party services
Shopify hosts the store. Payments and delivery are handled with the relevant service providers. Their applicable terms govern their independent services. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for our own order obligations to you.

8. Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for our obligations concerning the products we sell. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful use of the store or an unrelated external website.
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and the laws of Colorado, without removing mandatory protections available to you under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it; doing so does not waive your legal remedies.

9. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not retroactively reduce the agreed rights of an existing order. The date above identifies the current version.
